RESERVIERUNG

General Condition for Lodgings:

Arrival time since 04.00 pm and departure time by 10.30 am. Reservation will be confirmed by e-mail once we have received a down payment of 30% of the total reservation value. On the arrival guests may be requested to leave a deposit of € 120,00 which will be returned at departure time provided that the house is found to be clean and in perfect state. Otherwisw guests will be charged with the expenses.

Cancellation:

Clients who notify their cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date will be entitled to a refund of the down payment, less 10% for administration expenses. No refund will be granted to clients who cancell within 29 days before the beginning of the holiday or in case of their non-arrival. Failing to arrive within 16.00 o'clock on the day following the booked arrival day without announcing a delay will be considered to be a cancellation. No discounts are granted to clients who arrive later or leave earlier. All data will be subjected to the laws in force and will not be used for other aims than those stated.
