Booking conditions

1.    The number of the booked resource will be assigned by the Management taking into account the customer's requests; however, if this, due to force majeure or organizational reasons, is not possible, it will not give rise to complaints, waivers or requests for compensation.

2.    To confirm the reservation, the customer must, at the request of the Management, send a non-interest bearing confirmation deposit. The payment can be made by bank transfer to the coordinates that will be provided by e-mail or by credit card on the online booking. In case of non-acceptance of the request by Azzurro Vacanze srl, the non-interest bearing deposit will be fully refunded. The payment of the non-interest bearing confirmation deposit implies acceptance of all the Booking Conditions. In the case of paying the deposit via your online booking page, a valid credit card must be inserted, the withdrawal of the deposit will be automatic or managed in the following days if it is left as a guarantee of the booking.

3.     Upon receipt of the deposit we will send our confirmation indicating the period of stay and the amount received.

4.     Any cancellations must be communicated in writing. The deposit will be refunded  at 90% up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival. No refund is foreseen after these terms. In case of positivity to Covid-19 of one of the participants or specific government / administrative provisions, we will return the entire deposit paid.

5.    The resource booked will be available from 4.00 pm, on departure they must be vacated before 10.30 am. Any delay beyond 24:00 on the day of arrival must be promptly communicated, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation. In case of late arrival or early departure for reasons not attributable to the Management (damage-bad weather-illness-theft...), the payment of the stay is due for the entire booked period.

6.   In the case of renting the structures, the minimum cost includes 2 people for the Rooms and Mobile Homes and 4 people for the Chalets and Suites.

7.    All customers (adults, minors and children of all ages) must show an identity document for PS registrations Minors can access to the Village only accompanied by an adult who stays with Ioro for the entire duration of the stay assuming responsibility for it, or by completing and signing the assumption of total responsibility form in the case of stays of minors without an accompanying adult.

8.    To protect customer privacy, guests will be accepted only if previously authorized by the host customer. Camping Azzurro snc, also identified with the term "data controller" in the meaning of the current legislation on privacy and therefore the protection of personal data, refers to the complete privacy information available at the link it and warns and informs the interested parties (in the meaning of the current legislation on privacy), and therefore also the customers, that in the absence of express authorization, if the interested party and/or their minor children and/or their guests ( it will obviously be the customer's responsibility to alert their guest) do not wish to be filmed and/or that their images be disseminated in any way, it is necessary that they DO NOT participate in any events organized by the owner where audiovisual filming is present or planned, given that the recovery itself will be present and visible on the website or facebook or other social networks or in brochures and the like.
9.    It is mandatory to read and comply with the internal regulation of which we report a brief extract
A - The customer is required to check the accuracy of the registrations, to report any discrepancy to the Management and to notify in advance any changes such as the arrival and departure of people.

B - It is forbidden to occupy even momentarily free resources with objects of any kind.

C - The car must be parked in the designated parking lots. Access to the pitch or to the facilities will only be allowed upon arrival and departure, at moderate and prudent speed.

D - During the hours of silence (from 2 to 4 pm and from 11 to 7 am) animated discussions, useless noises, radio and TV at high volumes are prohibited.

E - Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children.

F - Cash desk hours are from 9 to 12 and from 17 to 19; beyond these times no type of operation will be carried out. The customer can show up the day before departure and adjust his position.

G - No announcements will be made over the loudspeaker. Messages will be delivered only in cases of proven urgency.

H - Owners of dogs and other animals must comply with the specific regulation to be collected from the Management at the time of entry.
